The objective of the Spend Management Organization is to:

  • Deliver world class Third Party Risk and the Source to Pay (S2P) Technology Process

TheThird Party Risk Management (TPRM)team sits within the Spend Management organization. The key team mission is to support the firm’s ‘One Goldman Sachs’ forward strategy by proactively identifying, managing, monitoring and reporting key third party risks in order to enable and challenge the business’s risk-based decision making processes.Reporting to the regional Head of TPRM, this Associate level professional will have responsibility to lead certain strategic projects and support the delivery of key initiatives as well as business as usual activities for TPRM EMEA



  • Lead and support EMEA regional strategic or regulatory related projects and initiatives led by TPRM

  • Support TPRM Program related enquiries from Regulators, Business Units or key Stakeholders within region

  • Coordination of content for senior forums in region such as Governance Groups, Committees etc. for the EMEA region

  • Support local engagement and local initiatives, including coordination and planning of all activity

  • Support the oversight and reporting of Third Party Risk for EMEA to the regional TPRM Head, Global TPRM Head, as well as key EMEA stakeholders

  • Work with other risk functions on related regulatory-related or other strategic initiatives

  • Internal review coordination (e.g. with Internal Audit, Compliance, Technology Risk, and other functions) in conjunction with Regional Oversight leads

  • Reporting & Analytics (global and regional)

  • Support and help lead aspects of Global TPRM program initiatives and priorities, working with global program and capability leads, as well as the global team overall

  • Input into the TPRM Framework design & maintenance

  • Business Planning

  • Support maintenance of TPRM policies, procedures and standards consistent with regulatory guidance (including supporting regulatory monitor activities)

  • Help Global work-stream coordinate TPRM input into transformation initiatives (e.g. infrastructure or program transformation)

  • Support with any global program enhancements

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert within area


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management, Business etc.).

  • Possess a strong risk and control mindset

  • Highly organized; attention to detail (especially data quality) and excellent follow-through required

  • Analytical thinker, able to quickly assess situations, prioritize and multi-task; Strong problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Confident candidate who is enthusiastic and a team player

  • Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with global colleagues

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing organization

  • MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Strong English communication skills
