Goodwill Indy Warehouse 2nd Shift Team Lead- Yost Warehouse- Bloomington in Bloomington, Indiana


This is a great full time warehouse opportunity through Goodwill Commercial Services! This position is located at our Commercial Services warehouse in Bloomington (2115 S. Yost St.). This is a second shift position, Monday through Friday, from 430p-1a. Leadership experience needed. Warehouse experience preferred. Please include resume in application.

The position performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce products. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.

  • Assembles products as instructed by Production Team Leader/ERDS

  • Works at different work stations as production needs require, following proscribed safety and quality requirements

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

  • Operate types of equipment/tools

  • Provide supplies to others; scanning responsibility; monitor inventory and production orders; "working" lead


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • or one to three months related experience and/or training

  • or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences

  • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables

  • Ability to perform Complexity of assembly and use tools to assemble

  • Ability to operate or monitor equipment or line; basic PM on machines

  • Scope/size of area; technical knowledge required
