Job Description

This position leads the System Support and Development Analyst (SSDA) and ensures all policy and procedures are done in a timely manner to execute the processing of all extract processes. You will also supervise at least 10 employees, including mentoring and counseling, when necessary. In addition, this position assists the manager with benchmarking, mentoring other supervisors, and other departments.

Essential Functions:

  • Participate in system enhancements as requested

  • Offers solutions/suggestions to improve current systems

  • Reports any Insurance Tracking System problems

  • Leads and Participates in testing of system changes and enhancements

  • Lead on the more complex lender implementations and issues.

  • Maintain adequate staffing for department including hiring and termination of employees

  • Ensure adequate and proper documentation of all SSDA tasks

  • Oversees efficiency of direct reports

  • Prepare and deliver performance reviews

  • Maintain open communication within area of responsibility and management

  • Prepare and deliver counseling statements when necessary

  • Perform monthly audits

  • Set and maintain goals for employees

  • Create training and motivational tools and resources

  • Orient new employees to policies, facilities, etc.

  • Provides guidance to employees pertaining to performance and procedures

  • Provides ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to employees and managers

  • Works with manager to establish suitable goals, action plans, and timelines for employees

  • Holds monthly one on one sessions with direct reports

  • Responsible for updating People Soft for pay increases and title changes, for direct reports

  • Responsible for Time Force processing of payroll and PTO for direct reports

  • Assists manager and other departments with special projects

  • Attends seminars, Human Resource and LSPD management trainings

Level I

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 2 years college or 4 years’ experience in related position preferable

  • Experience with employee supervision and mentoring.

Level II(in addition to Level I)

  • Graduate of Integrity Coaching with continued practice

  • Above average knowledge and application of DiSC

  • Supervise more than 10 employees

Level III(in addition to Level I &II)

  • Ongoing use and experience of Integrity Coaching

  • Minimum of 5 years of Unitrac experience.v
