Description

Job Purpose:

  • On time System updates,Carrier SI submission, BL releasing from Carriers

  • Meeting Customer KPIs

  • On time transmission ofShipping Advise to Customer

  • Documents upload oncustomer site

  • DMS upload

  • AR & AP follow ups.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Personis responsible for documentation management for customers – VFC, Deichman, NIKE

Justificationsspecifying position requirement, CM, PNL

Customers -VFC, Nike, Deichman are major customers,for these documentation play a very important role & time bound,hencewe need a separate HC to manage thedocumentation activity.

On looking on the abovetables viz. Volume / PO / Booking we expect substantial or more % increasein volume by 2020 as we expect additional suppliers to come...

But the HC availablewith us is not in par with the growth in all areas (volume, bkg & po).

Basis the volumeincrease there is substantial workload increase in areas like :

  • CLP

  • Job Cost

  • CIM update

  • Carrier Payment

  • RRS Follow up

  • LTAM OBL release basis the country regulations.

  • FCR Release

  • Documents scan

  • DMS

Qualifications

Qualification:

Graduate fromrecognized university
