Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented a part-time Subject Matter Expert to join our team in the Crane, IN.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide Logistics support for multiple NSWC Crane divisions, including but not limited to:

  • Oversee the preparation, analysis, review, and update of acquisition logistics documents, plans, and studies supporting significant program events or milestones from initial design, through life-cycle sustainment and disposal analyses addressing each of the Twelve (12) Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements to help minimize the total cost of ownership to the customer.

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in providing oversight and share knowledge of logistics principles and methodologies used in the establishment of a program.

  • Development and execution of Product Support Analysis (PSA)/Logistics Product Data (LPD) in support of NAVAIR programs utilizing approved databases such as SLICwave.

  • Perform non-economic and economic LORA analysis as well as sensitivity analysis utilizing OPUS 10 & COMPASS modeling software.

  • Development of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) plans, analysis, implementation and sustainment recommendations.

  • Review Contract SOW and Logistics related CDRLs.

  • Collect and analyze logistic data, prepare data/materials to support briefings, generate reports.

  • Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, organizing, resource allocation, prioritization, procurement support, and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 10 to 12 years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience in leading supportability analysis for a variety of requirements such as: manpower, consumable material, facility, equipment, maintenance, transportation, and software.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

· Detailed knowledge of applicable Military Standards used for product support development.

· Experience with reviewing system support requirements, determination and maintenance of tools and test equipment and spares tracking and management, and review of maintenance and support planning documents for technical adequacy preferred.

· Ability to read engineering drawing, schematics, and technical information preferred.

· Ability to define and/ or forecast support requirements preferred.

· Able to conduct external/internal customer meetings, validations/verifications, log demos, LSA/LSAR reviews, in-process reviews, etc.

· Team leadership and task management.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Secret Clearance or ability to obtain secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
