Supply Chain Execution Analyst

Supply Chain Execution team members at Lippert Components are some of the company’s strongest assets when it comes to driving sustainable change throughout the organization. Our team understands the businesses processes and works to leverage technology to build a framework of functionality that ultimately adds clarity and eliminates waste. We are looking for individuals who can deliver transformative solutions that streamline our business processes and support our teammates throughout operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will be joining a team responsible for the following types of projects:

  • ERP Implementations- Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Continuous improvement

  • Integration of data to and from other software solutions

  • Business Intelligence

  • Regression testing for periodic ERP Platform Updates

  • Establish and maintain relationships between operations and corporate teams.

  • Map the current state of business processes across various legacy ERP systems.

  • Define solutions and improvements to processes and business systems consistent with overall business strategies.

  • Design and test enhancements to systems and processes to meet business needs.

  • Work through fit/gap analysis, configuration, design, testing, implementation, and support of Dynamics 365

  • Train personnel in process and system changes impacting operations

  • Facilitates change management to drive adoption of supply chain roadmap

This position has no supervisory responsibilities upon hiring; however, potential direct reports are a possibility.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly talking and listening. While a lot of the time may be spent behind a desk, it’s also critical that the employee spend time in operations. This includes places like the production shop floor, as well as observing warehouse operations, and shipping.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, Informatics, or MIS is preferred

  • Demonstrated documentation, presentation skills, and communication skills

  • Demonstrated skills in process re-engineering, process consolidation, and improving process efficiencies

Location: Elkhart, Mishawaka, and/or Goshen, IN

Travel expectations: Up to 50% travel depending on the location of the project
