PDS Tech is seeking an AP / AR Support Professional for an open position in Fort Wayne, Indiana

The ideal candidate will perform light clerical duties within an Accounting function.

• Typing

• Match payments,

• Check items on Purchase Orders,

• Prepare Bank Deposits

• Perform other routine calculations.

• Perform Basic Accounting functions requiring knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable and of bank reconciliation functions,

• Answer customer inquiries,

• Research problems and/or complaints,

• Routine calculating, and

• Post and verify duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Experience

• Intercompany experience,

• Account reconciliation experience (preparing and approving)

• Month End Closing

Education

A Bachelors’ degree is required
