Connects the membership with the 3Rivers team by assisting in problem resolution and using effective communication.i iPERFORMANCE STANDARDSWhat does this position do?Responsible for providing support for the Lead Team, Resource Centers, organizational and resource center projects, event support, maintaining technology updates and audits, report creation, preparation and analysis.iThe internship will provide a minimum of eight-weeks to a maximum of twelve-month immersion experience in all areas of Member Experience, Retail Sales, Branches and Member Services as well as exposure to other Resource Centers.i Time will be spent learning the basic roles and functions of each area while working on developing relevant skills in the financial industry.i Focus will be on how our Resource Center combines human talent with business needs in a way that makes sense for the membership using sound judgment and business practices.iWho does this position work with to get the job done?Routinely collaborates with all resource centers to ensure that communication is consistent and that membership needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.i Provides flexible and responsive support to the Lead Team, Resource Centers and project teams in order to produce results. iWhat does the work from this position produce or generate?Models effective communication, efficiency, and an employee-oriented approach while participating in a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and productivity.
