Process invoice payments received daily from the lockbox account.
Process online application and permit payments received daily from the lockbox account. Ensure that the correct reason codes are properly utilized and update the code book as needed.
Process credit card and eCheck payments received from online sites and over the counter requests.
Process ACH payments received from the billing email notification mailbox. Notify the Collection Coordinator of any duplicate payments received.
Receive daily reports and process PLA payments according to report data.
Run Query for Daily Distribution Report and add it to Sharepoint for client viewing.
Three years full-time professional experience in accounting, auditing or related experience
Specialized knowledge of the theories, principles and procedures of public accounting
Working knowledge of agency function and organization
