Job Description

The Advisor II, Technical Support responds to basic to complex inquiries of a technical nature including hardware/software, or other designated client products. This position assists external/internal users of the client's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use.

In this position you would assists dealerships and distributors by providing proven transmission repair recommendations derived by accessing technical databases and websites, diagnostic flowcharts, and attended classroom training. You may also be required to have a good working knowledge of warranties and should be able to process claims when directed.


  • Receive calls from Allison Transmission distributor and dealer representatives concerning transmission concerns

  • A single point of contact for customer support iss

  • Receive calls from End-Users and assist in providing them general information

  • Provide information, data and direction as required

  • Create new and/or update case file information using Concentrix quality standards

  • Escalate to Team Manager any recurring concerns with no known good information data

  • Perform follow ups on existing cases and close cases as appropriate

  • Fax or forward requested information as appropriate

  • Work overflow warranty claims as needed


HSD/GED Required

Automotive Knowlege Preferred

Automotive Parts Experience Strongly Preferred

Able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, writing and speaking
