Executes and supports the Proprietary Concept (solution) Strategy (residential and retail with residential being the primary focus) and is responsible for the Proprietary Portfolio of both new and existing concepts relative to training, adherence to standards and performance within a geographic region. Serves as the regional coach to assist operating components and regional staff with interpretation, understanding and execution of operating requirements ensuring that concepts consistently deliver a positive student experience. Plans and provides on-site assistance for the opening of concepts.
Specific responsibilities include:
Schedules and conducts training of standards and strategies for all proprietary solutions
Ensures training requirements are met for all managers (FLMs, OMs, DMs etc.) with regards to the solutions at their specific location
Collaborates with the regional team to identify specific regional, account and individual training needs to ensure continuity and satisfactory performance of the brands
Ensures accounts have the best possible execution of concept standards
Demonstrates culinary innovation and support to existing clients
Communicates successes and challenges to HQ development team
Garners support and respect for standards by partnering with region team
Provides concept expertise for new business development and retention efforts
Assists in opening new business by ensuring proprietary concepts are stood up successfully
Conducts site visits as needed or by request to coach and assist FLMs in the proper execution of the concepts
Creates an annual deployment plan to ensure that all training needs and on-site account opening assistance is provided
Consults with other subject matter experts and provides input on final proprietary design drawings prior to release for construction
Provides FLMs and DMs written concept compliance opportunity reports and corrective action plans for all non-compliance areas after each site visit. Follow up visits will be scheduled at that time to offer additional support.
Notifies RMD of all serious or reoccurring compliance issues and non-completion of written action plans
This position will report to the Regional Marketing within the Higher Education region and works in matrix with other marketing and culinary team members at the business unit and corporate level.

The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:
College degree required
Culinary/operations experience (5+ years) with sufficient kitchen skills to train others
Lifting requirements: 10-20 lbs
Experience in training of front-line associates
Willingness to travel 70-80% of the time
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and experience to inform decisions
Strong written, verbal, and technical (computer) communication skills with thorough attention to detail
Superior program management skills, including demonstrated ability to drive clear results and actions with consistent and clear performance communications
Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
