At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.Specific duties may include:Treating customers in a friendly and professional mannerMaintaining a clean and efficient warehouseResponding to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional mannerConducting a safe work zone during each job siteAdhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives preciselyObeying all regulatory agency and company safety directivesWorking in cooperation with the Delivery Material Handler to determine where to set the materials and physically unloading themCompleting a thorough load check on your truck before leaving branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsCompleting and filing all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely mannerProviding the customer with an invoice on completion of each delivery and collecting the entire due amount on COD deliveriesThis position does not require over the road travelThis position does not require a CDLSpecific qualifications include:Valid Driver's License is requiredThe ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly (your most common cargo will be 70 pound bundles of shingles)Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are requiredAbility to stand, bend, twist, climb and reach throughout complete shiftForklift experience preferred (we will train if necessary)Benefits may include:Health, dental, and vision coverageEmployer paid life insuranceFlex spending401(k) with generous company matchPaid time offPaid holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer / Drug Free Workplace
