trueU is looking for an energetic, like-minded individual who is committed to personal growth, investing in relationships and serving others. This Individual will work well with others and be proficient at performing a variety of operational and marketing tasks to support the trueU team and the company's growth.
This position reports directly to the President of trueU.
Serves as a key point of contact between the trueU team and member companies, member prospects, Board, partners, vendors and other external stakeholders.
Conducts meeting event planning, preparation and execution.
Schedules internal and external meetings for the trueU team while managing the overall team calendar.
Coordinates the agenda for the weekly team meeting and prepares minutes for this meeting, and others as requested.
Assists in the preparation of materials for Board Meetings.
Supports the execution of marketing and communication efforts.
Helps team members in the updating of and reporting from Salesforce.
Assists as requested in the approval of invoice payment, PTO, expense reports according to guidelines provided by the President of trueU.
Maintain high level of confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, research, personal and non-routine information that comes in and out of trueU.
Arranges travel as requested for the trueU team members.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through in a timely manner.
Oversees the purchase and replenishment of needed office supplies for the team.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Monitor and handle website inquiries.

Competence utilizing email marketing software
Capable of developing marketing promotional materials.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
