The Global Service Operations Strategy leader is responsible for the definition, formalization, and deployment of our execution strategy in Field Services.
In this leadership role, he/she will act as a transformation leader, enabling us to reach leaner and more efficient field operations, with standardized and harmonized structures, structures, standard work, processes, KPIs and execution models.
Crucial duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Global Value Stream Map - Understand, identify and document all customer experience steps in the field:
Installation / IBOW - New
Customer Technical Support – Existing Reactive
Service Agreement Obligation – Existing Proactive
Identify and split countries in diverse groups in a matrix that will include level of execution maturity, business size ($s, market share), local execution complexity due to geography/cultures, market access, local teams and management maturity and skills, digital readiness
Enable prioritized deployment of the strategy, the leader must define evolution criteria for each countries groups, that will enable regional/country local leaders drive transformations reaching more efficiency and balanced & profitable growth
From the maturity matrix with criteria, build an assessment model with global and regional leader, then a virtual team to drive the assessment of the entire field service (countries) organization
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in field with 14+ years exp OR Master’s degree in field with 12+ years of exp.
Validated DBS leadership experience with demonstrated & sustained results
5 years minimum in Field Services Management / Field execution experience
2 years in transformations international deployment of transformations
