DEFENDERS Manager of Paid Search in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana

Job Summary: Leads planning, strategy, tactics and execution of customer acquisition
through paid search methodologies including PPC/SEM, display and
Manages a team to deliver profitable and compliant growth within the
Responsible and accountable for achieving annual revenue goals in the Paid Search program.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader for paid search and paid social activities across platforms for the organization.
Leads and ensures the ongoing development for the team responsible for delivering on key business outcomes (Revenue, Expense, Marketing Cost Per Install, Profit Per Install).
Leads optimization of program through analytics, testing and measuring. Leads the planning of monthly and quarterly cross channel A/B and multivariate testing plan.
Compile timely reporting to drive actionable insights for conversion optimization, account structure, day parting and other tactics leadingto efficient consumer acquisition.
Partners with Analytics, Sales, Field teams, and external partners to deliver on desired outcomes
Capable and willing to act on his/her own. Seeks responsibilities and takes action without explicit instructions. Brings the game to the Manager of Digital Acquisition.

Outcome / Measures for Calendar Year - 2018
1600/month total installs with MCPI of 550 or lower per month
Background & Education:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Analytics or related fields
Skills / Background: Google AdWords and Analytics certifications required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BI tools expected.
Minimum Years Experience:7 years in Paid Search and digital marketing required,
at least 3 of which with managerial experience.
