We have an immediate need and great opportunity for Experienced Customer Service Representatives to be our Nissan Owner Loyalty Concierge. This position is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the customer satisfaction rating for Nissans Service department. Making necessary phone calls, emails, and following up on any customer satisfaction issues to best insure the dealership is earning the highest level of satisfaction rating possible to continue earning recognition and funding from the Manufacturer.

Primary Duties:

  • Call, email and follow up on all Service customers to ensure highest level of satisfaction is earned on KPI scores.

  • Attend service meetings daily.

  • Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Send out daily KPI numbers for Service team members.

  • Maintain the One to One Rewards system

  • Consistent use of the Tom Wood Customer Experience process

  • Monitor all customer-facing touchpoints/lounge areas, ensuring an optimal guest experience.

  • Prompt/professional greeting and welcome to all service customers contacting or visiting Tom Wood Nissan

  • Provide guidance and/or direction to phone and in-person guests, based on specific need

  • Maintain a professional attitude supporting the efforts for an exceptional guest experience

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Auto Warranty experience preferred, but will train

  • Valid Driver License
