Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer’s satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers. Maintain unbilled receivables monthly for total jobs managed and be responsible for meeting or exceeding working capital region plan (for your assigned jobs). Job site managing and coordinating construction activities with customer, GC, subcontractors, Honeywell personnel, etc. Provide accurate forecasts for revenue, GM and resource requirements to PML. Support pole initiatives for SM, SDC, risk reviews, etc. Understand Project Velocity recommendations and take ownership of savings targets for each category as it applies to your projects. Specifically focus on C.O. Management and savings from engineering and tech labor – due to re-use and/or outsourcing to low cost centers. Execute S.C.s(Sub Contracting) per Honeywell guidelines and follow SM issued procedures. PM should review every S.C. for T&C’s, scope, flow downs from prime, payment terms, etc. to ensure compliance. Develop and execute project closeout plan for each job. This should include but not be limited to the project commissioning binder and sign off sheets. Provide PML with feedback on training and development requirements of the Delivery team. Support the sales team for accurate estimates, application selections and risk assessment as required. Coach and train installation managers and technicians to be able to effectively manage small jobs or short cycle time projects, where applicable. Be responsible for the requirements management process. Specifically ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined, scope is frozen and those requirements are transmitted to and understood by the engineers and technicians. Manage equipment procurement per SM guidelines and leverage strategic suppliers to maximize savings and rebates.

* YOU MUST HAVE *
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 or more years of Honeywell Project Management experience.
- 1 or more years’ experience within Energy team environment
- 2 or more years’ experience as a Technical Resource Manager in BAS industry
- 3 or more years’ experience in Operations leadership

- A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in customer service
- Prefer Leadership experience
- Excellent team and communication skills
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- An ability to influence across a broader organization
