As a Talent Management Intern, you will gain real-world experience leveraging your knowledge as part of our Talent Management Team, engaging in strategic cross-functional activities to help us reimagine performance management. Our internship program offers client-facing projects to strengthen your leadership and team effectiveness skills.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Talent Management team to evaluate our coaching and feedback tools.
Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for the evaluation approach, data collection method, and key stakeholders.
Co-lead interviews, focus groups, and surveys to identify how well our tools facilitate coaching and feedback in various scenarios (e.g., peer-to-peer, associate-to-manager, and manager-to-associate).
Research best practices and trends related to the growth mindset, neuroscience of feedback, coaching, team performance management, career development, diversity, and inclusion.
Create and present an executive presentation of the evaluation and recommendations.
Participate in developing and reinforcing coaching and feedback tools.
Perform basic tasks and administrative duties to support change management, training, and communications as required.
Participate in group projects with other HR interns.

Minimum Student Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or other related degrees (Master's program highly preferred)
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
This internship is from June to August and is 40 hours per week in a virtual setting
Must be enrolled fulltime at an accredited college or university during internship
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
