Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Regulated Markets team in Seattle. The Regulated Markets team is critical to the success of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and, as a member of the team, you will play a key role in enabling Oracle to open new multibillion dollar markets.
Regulated Markets Onboarding TPM
Regulated Markets Onboarding TPMs work closely with OCI engineering teams to ensure product and service offerings are being delivered to the standards Oracle s regulated customers demand. This includes defining and delivering requirements to engineering teams that are clear, understood, actionable, and delivered on schedule. Program management functions including project scheduling, tracking, and reporting/communications to OCI senior leadership. Regulated Markets Onboarding TPMs will partner closely with other Regulated Markets stakeholders to define and refine processes that ensure a smooth landing for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent, ideally in a technical field
Experience delivering software as a member of an engineering team
Ability to assess design and architecture documents and evaluate technical design decisions, risks, and tradeoffs
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP desired
5-7 years related experience
5 years program management experience
Formal training in project/program management
Working knowledge of IT/Cloud frameworks and controls, preferably with SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI, ISO 2700x, FedRAMP/NIST, C5, TISAX
Experience in IT or Cloud operations, security, compliance, and/or engineering program management
Proven ability to combine business acumen, technical acumen and process expertise to define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution
Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams
Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules and shifting business priorities
Strong bias for action and iterative delivery style
Flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation)
Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
