Job Description:

Manage Total Rewards projects including projects relating to program design, Workday transformation, and Comp Administration. Also serves as key resource within the Global Compensation team to organize projects across the team, ensuring integration between teams/projects and helping identify risks, gaps, and resource needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in HR and project management

  • A minimum of 4 years of Total Rewards Experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required

  • Experience with working on a global team

  • BA in HR Management

  • 5+ years rewards experience strongly preferred including reward program management, project leadership
