Project Administrator

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

A Project Administrator will work with various teams to maintain compliance within the given projects that are supporting. This individual will be working with cross-functional team to help ensure compliance on projects managed. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects at all levels of capabilities

  • Revisions/Workflows-task creations, adding projects into database (Quotation)

  • Project Maintenance-Weekly status reports, financial tracking, and checklists

  • IQN-Monthly invoicing, maintaining budgets

  • Assisting with GPF standards- feasibility reviews, tollgates, project reviews, and project closure

  • Reviewing project health with customers

  • Attending meetings involving metrics

  • Following up on and tracking completion of action items

  • Updating various databases in but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, IPMS

  • AS in Business or Administration or a related field

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge in Pivot tables, formulas preferred

  • Experience in organizing meetings with customers/quest counterparts

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Mostly Office Environments.

  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

  • Heavily regulated industries with strict adherence to procedures.

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core hours are 8 AM to 5 PM.

  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit local customer locations.
