OfficeTeam is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in the New Salisbury/Corydon/Ramsey, IN area for a great company!! This is a long-term temporary assignment that could turn into Temp to Hire!!! Hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. You will travel between both office locations (Ramsey and New Salisbury). This is an in office position.

Duties of the Customer Service Representative:

• Proofreading

• Order entry

• Data entry of invoices

• Speaking and assisting with customers and clients

• Cross training in other areas of the Customer Service Department

Requirements

• Attention to detail

• Microsoft Office knowledge (outlook, excel, word)

• CRM or Online ordering system experience

• 2+ years in customer service and or order entry experience

• Accounts receivable background helpful, but not required

• Excellent proofreading and communication skills
